About LaDellWood

Creating exceptional landscapes now and for the future

With 50 years of accumulated experience between Tom and Lydia, the practice provides a knowledge base to any project, big or small. From planning studies and surveys to design and detailing for construction our approach is based on a deep understanding of the environment and how it is integrated into outstanding design.

Lydia Wood brings strong skills in the master planning of sites for residential and commercial use. Her background is in design and management, enabling her to work well in professional teams from concept stages to planning within strict programmes and a variety of inputs.

Tom La Dell has practiced as a landscape architect, ecologist and environmentalist for over forty years on a wide variety of projects and all scales of development.

The joint partnership is uniting the skill set of both partners, developing their practice profile and enhancing the environmental design of local, regional and national projects.
