Lydia Wood's skills as a team member enables her to work closely with other professionals and has created strong relationships with clients and team members providing a strong communication network and knowledge base for the client.

Lydia brings to the partnership knowledge in masterplanning sites, designing the external environment to the needs of the users, managerial expertise through the running of large and small jobs, a network of other knowledgeable professionals and enthusiasm to provide the client with the outcome requested.

Working on multiple projects from large to small, Lydia's experience has developed through designing; residential estates, commercial business parks, open spaces, masterplanning, Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments, Streetscape reports, visitor attractions, leisure facilities and educational environments.

Lydia is a Chartered Landscape Architect with a first class BA honours and Post Graduate Diploma in Landscape Architecture from the University of Gloucestershire. Her enthusiasms for landscape started as a teenager, and work experience in Tom La Dell Landscape Architects when she was 17 provided the start of her career in Landscape Architecture.

Whilst at University Lydia enthused in the design of external spaces and the use of sustainable technologies within development. This included the study of SUDS, biomass energies and photovoltaic tiles .

Spending 3 months of every year during University at Tom La Dell Landscape Architects Lydia built up a strong knowledge of techniques for developing sites and experience with real briefs.
